Job Description: 

This is an entry level position into the restaurant business, but plays a large role in the overall atmosphere. Your major responsibilities during your shift will be to clean all the dining room floors & detailing the restrooms. You will be responsible for the dish area, items clean, sanitized and put away. You will also be responsible for assisting the Ambassadors in FOH cleanliness, and the Chefs with BOH operations as directed by management. Attention to detail will be key in this position.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

  • Cleaning/Mopping all dining room floors
  • Cleaning the restrooms
  • Restocking all bathroom products
  • Parking Lot Sweep/Maintenance
  • Maintaining the dish station
  • Stocking all clean dishes in assigned areas
  • Helping prep/cooks when we are in extreme busy times
  • Helping front of house cleanliness/bussing tables
  • Trash Removal
  • Additional task may be required per management
